Bethany Vietmeier

Bethany Vietmeier founded Valiant 3 Communications with a vision to help athletes, brands, nonprofits, and organizations create meaningful impact while building powerful and sustainable brands.

With a background spanning sports, entertainment, marketing, philanthropy, and event production, Bethany has built a reputation for connecting people, creating opportunities, and delivering results. Under her leadership, Valiant 3 has evolved into a nationally recognized sports, entertainment, and philanthropy agency specializing in athlete brand management, corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, strategic communications, and large-scale event production.

Throughout her career, Bethany has led high-profile fundraising initiatives, produced nationally recognized events, secured transformative corporate partnerships, and worked alongside professional athletes, foundations, universities, and Fortune 500 companies to drive growth and create lasting impact.

Her ability to blend strategic vision with flawless execution has made her a trusted advisor to athletes, executives, nonprofit leaders, and corporate partners alike. Whether developing a brand strategy, producing a major event, building a philanthropic platform, or creating new business opportunities for clients, Bethany is passionate about helping others maximize their influence and build lasting legacies.

Today, she continues to lead Valiant 3 Communications as it expands its reach across sports, entertainment, athlete representation, philanthropy, and corporate hospitality, creating opportunities that inspire growth, connection, and impact.

Chief Marketing Officer

Alexis Leyh

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Alexis came to Pittsburgh for Duquesne University and stayed for 10 years in Pittsburgh. She got her start in sports working with the Pittsburgh Steelers’ marketing and events team while still in school, a foundation that shaped everything that followed.

After graduation, she spent 3.5 years in sales at ADP before returning to her passion, pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Niagara University. That combination of corporate discipline and genuine love for the work is what she brings to Valiant 3 every day. As Chief Marketing Officer, Alexis helps clients build social media strategies that are as intentional as they are effective.

Her clients value her for the same things she’s always led with: a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to make every relationship feel personal.

Senior Director of Client Experience

Francesca Grenick

Francesca Grenick brings a rare combination of operational precision and genuine community investment to everything she does at Valiant 3. Over the past 4 years, she’s led some of the agency’s most visible events, including the Jerome Bettis Blue & Gold Classic, Annual Joey Porter Sr. & Jr. Celebrity Golf Classic and the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation Holiday Toy Drive, which served over 300 families.

As Senior Director of Client Experience, Francesca is the connective tissue between teams, partners, and key participants, ensuring every event runs exactly as it should. She manages nonprofit social media accounts with a focus on meaningful engagement, uses platforms strategically to drive sponsorship sales, and brings a designer’s eye to content creation through her work in Canva.

At the core of it all is a simple belief: that thoughtfully planned events and smart marketing strategies have the power to bring people together and leave a lasting mark on the community.
